Solidus Snake

A third clone and "Son of Big Boss," Solidus Snake leads the terrorists' takeover of the Big Shell platform in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. Considering his capable intelligence and combat prowess, it may surprise you to learn that Solidus is the former president of the United States, vying to disrupt evil shadow organization, The Patriots. After injuring his left eye in a battle with Raiden, this older, tougher Snake dons an eyepatch and becomes the spitting image of Big Boss.

Special abilities: Solidus wears an armored suit, one equipped with two, Doc Ock-like tentacles. This provides him a great deal of strength and speed, not to mention a nigh inescapable chokehold.

Weaknesses: Sword slashes and drops from very tall federal buildings.

Trivia: Solidus Snake raised and trained messed-up child soldier, Jack, who later became Raiden.
