Fatman

In a series known for its overly literal names, Fatman has the dubious honor of having the most fitting name out of all the bosses. He really is just a fat man, albeit a bald one that wears a trenchcoat and flits about on a pair of roller skates. A demolitions expert for terrorist group, Dead Cell, Fatman likes his bangs to be big and his foes to be distracted by the high-pitched beeping of his bombs.

Special abilities: Bomb construction and placement.

Weaknesses: Without the overhead threat of ticking bombs, Fatman is vulnerable to the same things all skating, obese maniacs are. Shoot him.

Trivia: Despite being seen in the company of wine, Fatman never really gets along with Metal Gear Solid 2 protagonist, Raiden. Geddit? Because "wine" sounds like "whine," which is exactly what Raiden does a lot. This is A-grade material, folks.
