Decoy Octopus

Decoy Octopus is a master of disguise. So much so, that players manage to defeat him without even realizing they were up against Foxhound's rarely seen spy. His role in the Shadow Moses operation was to pose as DARPA Chief Donald Anderson after Revolver Ocelot accidentally killed the real deal. Hoping to extract information from any potential rescuers, Octopus ended up providing a perfectly identical copy of Anderson -- rigor mortis and all.

Special abilities: Impregnable impersonations.

Weaknesses: Foxdie, the silent assassin within Solid Snake's bloodstream.

Trivia: Decoy Octopus is the only Metal Gear Solid villain to be killed by a conversation.
