I was about to post the same thing, but I managed to find somewhat better prices than you, RB for about u$d 480 and GHIII for u$d 200.
It sucks to be a gamer here.

Wow, thank you very much guys.
It seems that the game I had was a pirate version of Karnov, I remember the character being much larger but the gameplay seems to fit.
I'll wait until it hits the VC in my region to check it out.

You can actually send a gift to anyone in America (the whole thing, not just the US) if they have a NTSC console.
The person living in another country can change the options in his/her Wii console to United States just to get the gift. and then switch back, I gave and received gifts that way before.
That only works in America though.

As for me I would like to suggest Metroid for the NES as a future gift.
