@jamkor9 Ugh, not sure what happened there.

After reading the law, it is a restriction on the age of those purchasing 'violent' games. How is this different than anything else that has an age limit? If they were looking to ban them outright throughout the whole population, then YES, that would be a constitutional issue. I think this is an overreaction. What am I missing?

I have the AX360s, they are great. and when something broke their customer service was fantastic. I hope MC doesn't ruin it.

With 35-40 million PS3's on the market, any random day is going to see many of them dying. People are just more aware of the timing when theirs dies after a recent update. I am disappointed that Joystiq (who i much prefer over kotaku and others) continues to publish nono-news posts like this.

this company really seems to have its priorities out of whack, doesn't it? odd little niche things like this and they can't make it so i can buy stuff/make friend request/send messages, etc on my PC for my PS3 (or XGC, but that's a given)? that's what i really want!

Thank you. Seriously Joystiq, you guys need to stop combing the forums for article ideas. Anytime anything new comes out there is always thread on "XYZ broke my PS3!!!!". That doesn't warrant a story on a reputable blog.
