Speaking as someone who is on his 5th Xbox 360, how can the hardware get any crappier?

I think it would be valid to call it a Nintendo game if the game going on Xbox Live Arcade is a port OF the NES version of the game (ie. a port of a port). If its ported from the original arcade version, then its just lazy to call it a Nintendo game (3rd party or not).
