The code, should be about 6 characters long, should have been emailed to you after you preordered on Best Buys website. It then redirects you to disturbed's website to claim a Microsoft code. Did you pre-order from Best Buy's website? If not you won't get a code.

I just preordered and the code they give is good for only 3 tracks. They send you a code in an email and redirect you to a page where you can get a live code to redeem. http://disturbed1.com/xbox/
