Actually the Wii was 50k units shy of the 3 million mark (with a typical 70k+ sold per week) as of July 8.

and the PS3 was 25k units shy of 1 million with 12k units sold per week as of July 8. (according to Media Create)

PC cards are always beyond those in a console. Games may look better on a console cause developers can take full advantage of the hardware, while PC's have huge variability but more brute power on high end cards.
