I'm not sure why you guys feel the need to resort to some convoluted, long-winded explanation about "cultural shifts to a more egalitarian Ferengi society" to simply explain the lack of a nude option for female Ferengi officers when a much simpler explanation already exists.

Section 24, subsection 7, paragraph 2 of the Federation Dress Code Handbook clearly states that no individual may appear nude on the bridge of any Federation vessel unless so ordered by the captain [or in the captain's case, by any superior officer]. I think this would clearly supersede any cultural leanings of any individual Federation officer.

At first I was wondering why I had to enter my birthday to verify I was 18 or older to watch this video when they don't actually show anything. I mean, there was no violence or anything, just a bunch of dialogue and text. Then, I caught site of the giant penis they flash for just one frame towards the end, and it all suddenly made sense.
