I don't know what was previously announced, and my Japanese isn't perfect, but MAP EDITOR?! (second page, bottom right) :O I'll look at it in more detail later, but I think it says something about being able to share arranged maps over XBL. 'Anything is possible with Forge (Mode)' is the tagline. The magazine then speculates about what new ways of play could be introduced if several players could be in this said mode together.
...I think. Like I said my Japanese is far from perfect and involves a lot of guesswork. Take this with a large pinch of salt, but 'Forge mode' does suggest a Garry's Mod-esque addition.
I'm in the north of England. Most people I know with a next-gen console have 360s and/or Wiis - most have said they haven't got a PS3 either because: a) their mates have 360s, or b) it was between a 360 or a PS3, and the 360 just happened to get there first.
However, I do get the impression that the UK is a very different market to the rest of Europe with regards to videogames, in the respect that it's closer to a US one. Also considering that Microsoft, as an American company, has most likely concentrated on the 'big four' in Europe, the rest of the continent may have swayed away from the 360 due to lack of support (and with console failures being a wound slowly healed elsewhere with replacements, this is a big issue).
