These people make me laugh. I reserved BOTH Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, because of the Stylus offer. I asked the guy when I would get the styluses. "When the games are released." But, they're right behind your head, can't I just get them now? Anyway, go there on April 22nd, and on my receipt I was GARUNTEED Both Styluses. I get the games, but guess what, they're out of the styluses. So, I give them a hard time. I wanted my money back, for false advertising (note the receipt) I ask for the manager, and the guy picks up the phone, to call the manager but calls the police instead. They come in, and try to arrest me, for misconduct. I tell them my story. Nope, don't believe you. Anyway, after 12 hours at the police station, I realize one thing, they took my receipt. I had paid $70 towards the games (paid them off), and now that was gone. So, I called headquarters, and attempted to talk to them. The first person hung up on me. Then, I got in touch with mr. big manager. Nope. No money back. So, I started putting up signs all around there, and people didn't go to the store. It turns out they had to close the store, and the last thing they did, gave me the styluses. Apparently, someone lost them in the back. and it took them a month to realize this?
