Also, while the individual missions might be linear, I wouldn't call it a linear game at all. Some like MW3, now that's linear.

Yes, there are only 6 levels that can be finished pretty quickly. But that is only part of the game. The idea is to get better at playing, and go for high scores on the leaderboards. You don't need a ton of levels in a game like that.

Sep 3rd 2011 1:43PM (Joystiq)Based on interviews I've seen/read, it sounds like New Game+ in Arkham City is the equivalent of Hard difficulty in Arkham Asylum. While New Game+ lets you keep all your equipment, it is harder as well - more enemies, changed patrols, etc. So I could see this easily replacing a hard difficulty setting.
