I bought the white original PS3 when I lived in Japan, and this spring I sold it at a profit and bought the new slim. Perhaps I can justify the buying as an investment? =)

$100? Not too shabby, that's what every other game costs here in Sweden, guess that package will be something like $150 here then...

have you confirmed that the PS3 "slim" also is region free for the games? I really want to buy one, but I have too many japanese games after a trip there =/

It's well worth the money, it's great fun. Think tetris with physics. You have to get as much as you can into the bin, and all the object weigh differently, and some are even flammable, very funny when you get a match or torch to throw in there =)

The game is very difficult though, haven't even completed the 5th stage yet on the easiest difficulty. Have only played 2 hours though.

And yes, the game got trophies, but they will be mighty hard to get =/

Yeah, tried the demo. It's an online FPS, like Quake 3 or Unreal Tournament. The graphics aren't that great, and I am afraid that they will need a whole lot of people to make that game any fun. But I haven't seen any promotion or anything for it yet.

I actually liked the single player mode, it's pretty hard though. But fun =)

I've detected a small problem. To able to control that skateboard like you are suposed to, you'll need to wear shoes. Well, there are two areas in the world where you absolutely don't wear shoes indoors; Scandinavia and Japan... Hehe, guess that we will have som problems with this, and/or the younger folks will have some upset parents for wearing the shoes indoors =)
