i can't belive the sh*t that i'm reading on some of these post.first the kiss dvds sold more then some movies did,their box set went platium,so just because you don't like them you can't change facts and say they can't sell anything because it's not true.
i love the beatles but kiss broke a lot of their attendence records all of the world and they still stand today.
the bands today can't even carry the guitars for the bands of the 70s and 80s like kiss,bob segar, ac/dc,van hellen,guns and roses,motley crue and other bands from that time.
the bands today can't even sing,hell all they do is hollar their asses off and they sond like all they are doing is makeink noise.it was bands like kiss and other bands from that time that made it possiable for today bands,hell it was kiss that help break the door down for bands today.
the worse thing that i've read is people making up reasons why it's allright to steal music,hell it cost a lot of money to make an album and then people stealing it and then have the nerve to say that it's allright to steal it is just pathetic and illigal.
the people that said it's allright to steal music because it's a new time and then say gene simmons is this and that need to stop and listen to what they are saying.it's the same damn thing as if they go to work for a week for 12hrs a day then at the end of the week when they go to get their checks they tell them that they will not get paid because it's a new time and it's alright to steal their labor.it's the same thing as stealing music.
i don't blame gene simmons and other singers that's against stealing music,and gene simmons is't the only one against it,hell they have about 99% of singers that's against it because that's their living.
i don't blame gene simmons for what he said,hell he just want to get paid for his work,he's not asking people to just give him money,if they did some work for someone and they don't get paid they will do and say the same thing gene simmons is saying,no matter how many excuses people give,it's steal stealing,it's the same thing as if they stole a car,hell if it's alright to steal music like some people claim then why did some people get arrested for stealing music.the people that steal music have a double standard because they think that it's alright to steal music and not pay singers for their work,but they think that they should get paid for their work and if they don't then they will bring the people to work that don't want to pay them for their work

this man is a joke,he want to sue a company for what his son did when he wasn't watching him.him and people like him is the reason that the world is like it is today,instead of makeing an honest buck they try and sue every chance that they get,just like this guy he's just looking for an easy paycheck without working for it and i can't stand people like this because they might go to your house and act like they fell and try to sue you.
how can people that complain that they were supose to have a free month of live but a few months latter they found out that they were charging their credit card for the extra months.the way i see it they had to know that they were still on live but they thought that microsoft forgot to cut them off and they were getting it free and they had know planes on calling them to let them know but when they found out then they decided to call them,so they were trying to steal live service.
the people that said that they were mad at microsoft because they were suppose to have a free month but microsoft didn't cut it off and kept charging their credit cards need to read what the contract said that they checked agree to.every thing that gives you a free month like live or napster and any thing else that give you a service for a free month says in black and white in big letters not small ones that if you don't want the service any more after the free month that it's your reponsiablity to cansel the service,so it's all their fault nobodys else because they are suppose to be grownups that agree to the contract and they are suppose to look after their finacies not microsoft or any other company.by law microsoft didn't have to pay Francisco Garcia his money back but they didn't want the headack.

it's to high because i bought crimson skies for $5 at toysrus,and they had a lot of xboxes games for under $10.they had halo2 limited edition with 2 discs and in a metal case for $15,so i think that it's a good ideal but it's to high,why would some one pay $15 for a game to down load and take up space on their hard drive when you could buy the game it self cheaper.the only way that it will make money for micro is if they drop the prices for the games.

the ps3 is the reason why and that's why sony forced it on its consumers,they figured that if they put it in the ps3 that it would give them the lead and they were right,if it wasn't for the ps3 br would be dead already.

that's the problem sony include all the br they give away as a sell and that's a fact.when you buy a waltdisney movie and get one free,sony counts it as two sales,when you get 5 free ones they count it as a sale.if sony would stop doing this then it would be a lot closer then it is.so you said wait till they count the ones with the ps3,well just wait to the people that bought 90,000+ hd-dvd players start buying movies then you will see a big jump because the ps3 is just collecting dust where i'm at,as a matter of fact you could go to bestbuy,circuit city,target,walmart,and gamestop and still buy the 60 ps3 and the guy at gamestop asked me if i new anyone who wanted a ps3 to send then there because they can't sell them,and i asked the guy a best buy if the ps3 was selling well he said not really because parents are coming in and buying the wii and the 360,hell where i live at the ps3 didn't even sale out on launch so talk about the ps3 all you want but this had nothing to do with the ps3 you fanboy but i thought i just tell you about reality because you are in a dream world and you better wake up quick before you are left behind with your ps3.

sony wasn't worry about games for the ps3 when they released it.the president of sony game division said that people will buy the ps3 even if it didn't have any games because they are loyal sony fans.
the reason sony released the ps3 with br was not for a game system but to force br down people throats.sony was never worried about getting games for the ps3 all they were worried about was getting br out to the consumers and they figured that if they put it in the ps3 that they will have a jump on hd-dvd and they were worried about that more then games.
sony was right about some things,first they were right when they said that people will buy the ps3 even if it didn't have any games and they were right because it helped them get br out to the consumers quicker then hd-dvd.
but the ps3 fans say that the br have a better picture then hd-dvd because they have a ps3 not because of the picture.the facts are that every movie that's on both formats is better in hd-dvd.the movie critics always recomend the hd-dvd version over the br because
1-it has a better picture
2-better sound
3-more extras
4-and it has internet activities

i'm not going to say that's one is better then the other just because i have a game system for kids that has a br in it or i can buy an add on for it.i'll admit that i play games sometimes but i'm not going to fight over witch toy is better then the other.
i'm a movie lover and i have over a 1000 dvds and i'm looking for the one that's best for movies not the system that's it in or how much information it holds.the truth is that br is perfect for holding information and some games but hd-dvd is better for movies,it has way enough space and you will never use all the spave on a br disc,and i looked at both versions at the same time on the exact same tv and hook up and hd-dvd does have the better picture and if people need to stop being bias and say the truth instead of sayng br is better because they have a ps3.
the reason that hd-dvd stand alone players are out selling the br players is because movie fans buy them for movies not for games.i'll admit that some people buy them because of the price but they have a lot of people out there that's like me,i'll buy the best one even if it's higher but the hd-dvd version is better for movies and even if it was higher i'll still buy it.
