Two year old left at Chuck E. Cheese, family doesn't notice for 2 days

Jan 11th 2008 4:31AM (ParentDish)
MISTAKE??? You're so full of .... I don't even know where to begin. Forgetting your wallet or leaving your credit card in the ATM machine is a mistake, making the "mistake" of "forgetting" your child was probably their best attempt of doing something less than killing her because they don't love her, the parents are stoned out on drugs, don't have enough money, or whatever. There's a passage in the article that says that they are overly obsessive when it comes to their boys. They can't worry about them enough. Sounds to me like there's a sexual preference here. They boys are the parents favorite, and the girl isn't anything more than a doormat.

Do you have children? How long would it take you to notice that you didn't have one of them with you? An hour, two hours, a day, a week? There was obviously some kind of attempt her to ditch her. They took her to a place that they knew would keep her occupied for a long time and they figured they we're set for life. Their little girl would be out of their hair.

Not only should the parents be charged and sent to prison for years to come, but Chuck E Cheese should also be throughly investigated. Things may have changed recently, but the last time I went to Chuck E. everyone in our family had to have their hand stamped with invisible ink only visible by ultraviolet light. What happened to that security measure??

Why not show your post to everyone in the office tomorrow at work. Then we'll see how many people agree with you that leaving a 2 yr. old was just a simple mistake....

Come On..... Where's your brain?

Here is a quote that is in the original story, obviously from the, dare I say it, "Parents."

"We're always freakishly listy when it comes to the boys, checking and double checking out loud who is picking up this one and dropping off the other and where the rest will be."

Sounds like what they're saying is that their boys are alot more important to them than their daughter is. They seem to watch over their sons like hawks, yet, when it comes to their daughter, it's like she was never born.

My guess is that the parents had to hurry home and plop their fat, lazy asses in front of the TV set so they wouldn't miss their favorite show.

Problem is with this justice system, they'll probably get a "slap on the wrist" punishment instead of having their kids taken away from them for neglect and incompetence.

God Bless the U.S Justice system. :P

Every NES title screen in five minutes

Did anyone else notice that they repeated a number of titles multiple times. I don't know which title screen showed the most times. The original Super Mario Bros showed up at least 4 times that I counted.
