Swag Sunday: Bayonetta (360) [update]

Feb 7th 2010 2:02PM (Joystiq)
Far and away, "Simple and Clean" for Kingdom Hearts. Nothing sets my teeth on edge more than that song.

Fallout 3 'Broken Steel' DLC no longer broken for PC users, back online

Believe me, that was the first thing I tried to do (since I remembered some people had had success with that). Either I'm doing it wrong or I've lost my marbles. It's also saying it never existed as something in my download queue, despite taking my 800 points and running giggling into the evening.

I'll try again when I get home from work, and just hope it was the servers being mauled.

Well, this is inordinately retarded. I can't install it because of the original error that borked it in the first place. Cryptographic error of somesuch nature.

And the page for the DLC is horked, too. Lovely.

Engadget's recession antidote: win an ATI Radeon HD 4650 graphics card

I am a big believer that we should invest all of our money into taco futures, both for ensuring demand for delicious tortilla-meat-cheese-vegetable foodstuffs and as a means to stave off a new Ice Age.

Baltimore mayor allegedly purchased consoles with gift cards for the needy

It is a story about Baltimore City and its politicians.

Of course they would do the diametric opposite of common sensical. You and I would both find someplace like, say, Sears, Wal-Mart, or Target as infinitely better suited to helping the needy.

Sheila Dixon, however, is needy too. A $100K+/year salary only goes to pay for so much, after all.

Discretion has never been Mayor Dixon's strong point. I mean, she got 1 out of 3 of those listed purchases 'right' when she got an X360.

Ugh, please, you wouldn't know the true horror of absolute power until it would have been too late to do anything about it.

And its hilarious you make that remark in a story about a DEMOCRAT.

Sheila Dixon has been a plague on Baltimore City. Frankly, you could say that about 98% of the city council, past and present.

Probably the first time I got an NES. It was the same year Super Mario Bros. 3 came out and damn if I did not play that thing for what felt like days in a row.

My dad was none-to-thrilled to have to install that thing on our old Trinitron monitor - what with me and my siblings' incessant whining that morning and RF Converters being a required purchase (which we did have, of course).

Tiny moving Marios and Luigis

It certainly looks interesting, but I'm still hankerin' for a 'true' sequel to Super Mario RPG.
