I'm not saying NIntendo should be responsible....What I'm saying is I don't understand why Nintendo's product needs a warning label, yet 3D movies can be promoted for kids that young with no warnings. Personally I'm not wholly convinced at the risk of vision problems.

You make a good point about the extended length of play, but that is of course on the parents to control. However, watching a movie in 3D can last anywhere from 1.5 - 3 hours as well, and 2 hours is about as long as I would allow my child to play videogames before I force a rest.

So 6 year olds shouldn't play 3DS, but taking them to a movie in 3D is fine....got it.

Well, this is an in-browser game, so I'm guessing you can pull up the browser on the iPhone? I don't have a smartphone, but I don't see why that wouldn't work...

Seriously, unless there's an American History X scenario in this game, I don't see where the M-rating is coming from. Looks like a good game from that snippet, though.
