Smoking stunts hair growth

Does this apply to people who smoke, or to people who are often in smoky environments as well? I recently began working in a restaurant that allows smoking in certain sections, and often find myself serving in those sections. Am I at an increased risk of damaging my hair follicles?

Regardless, I wouldn't be surprised if Sony did reach the goal by March. I work at a Gamestop, and I've really seen the momentum for PS3 increase dramatically recently, not to mention that my coworkers and I push the PS3 heavily over other systems, as it is, of course, the superior system.

That's a relief. I'm 20 years old, and I've been a vegetarian for about 5 years. I've been worried often about the effect that so much soy will have on me or my development, especially with rigorous workouts, but thanks to this, it seems not much, if any.
