I'm glad it tells me where the 'Media Reader' is.

A few things worry me about this:
Not being able to move in FP/missle mode - strange
Art direction: are those supposed to be Zoomers? They look too cartoony.
Samus needs permission to use bombs? From a trooper? Umm..no.

The camera does seem intelligent, which is cool. I'm withholding judgment on the voice acting, but she better sound like a bad-ass.

MS's promotions have been incredibly weak lately.

@Jose: Where did you read that from Gabe N? I'm just curious because with all the shit they've given PS3 and the 'weird' Cell processor, to spend a bunch of time and money on something like Larrabee...well that's either some karma or just maybe Gabe got his heft by suckling Intel's anti-competitive teets. (How's that for an awesome mixed metaphor!)

There was no backstabbing, you fool. If anything dubious happened, Sony would have had grounds for a lawsuit. Just because you have a link to a misinformed WSJ article from a year ago doesn't change that.

There *IS* similar tech in the two, because, as maccodemonkey points out, the PPC parts of both chips were based on the same stock core (also used in the G5).

Jumping from there to "IBM used Sony research funds to make the 360 chip" is asinine. The 360 chip was designed with MS's money, of course. The only ill blood between Sony and IBM (if there is any) would come from the PS3 not selling so great, I'm sure, but that's not IBMs fault.
