I was looking forward to this at one point awhile back, now I can see that I definitely will not be using this service since it lacks what I would have used it for - TV shows... (thanks for divx/xvid though!). The pricing scheme sucks @$$, we already pay more for the damn M$ points than the US (One of the things I like about my PS3 is the fact that Sony let's you charge the amount you see (for a game or whatever else they sell) in real dollars straight to your visa, none of these stupid points (MS and Nintendo).

This is lack of vids is probably a result of the recent propaganda that says Canada is responsible for 50% of worldwide movie piracy..... (they fear our h@x0ring skills!)

@ #13, same thing happened on my brand new elite, the fire in the elevator RROD'd my brand new system, and now my back up system won't play the disc nicely either, since playing a campaign mission last night online I can't access any games, says player failed to load, and sometimes it says the disc read error....
I hate microsoft....this is my 3rd box and I think I'll be seeing a new one again soon....

Yeah, this happened to me launch night when I bought my legendary copy and a regular copy that came with my new elite (which RROD'ed the next day subsequently).
I figured it was because my 20gb drive is from launch 2005 and that its so fragmented from repeated moves, deletions etc that halo 3 which is optimized for the hard drive coulnd't write clean sectors to the HDD, I backed up everything to a memory card and formatted the HDD and no problems since

I'm on #2, out of 7 of my friends that have 360's all of them have had to send them in. My launch console was the last one to go (last month). 2 of them are going on #4 each!

I love the system but something is definately wrong here....

I did manage to remove the xclamps off the mobo and repaste the heatsinks and got the old launch box back in working order, for how long the fix lasts we'll see...
