I have high metabolism, but I still still work out. I do follow a set of rules, but WoW is not actually part of that rule set. My thing is basically, I dont allow myself to have dinner before taking a shower, and I dont allow myself to shower until I've had my workout(this is in the evening). This is a little easier for me right now because I'm unemployed, but either way I would still find a way to do my workout 4-5 times a week. If for some reason I have to miss a day, I make up for it on one of my off days. My guild only raids 3 nights a week, and raids start at 7:45 EST, so that also helps make it easier for me.

But if I had to miss a raid for something that would have a positive effect on my health outside of the game, I definitely would. Staying healthy is more important than code and polygons, and I would hope that the people you raid with appreciate you enough to understand and accept your reasoning.

Just beat God of War 3 on hard mode, now playing Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom. Going to follow that up with Enslaved. Might be done with that by the time LBP2 arrives.

My main character's name is Arceros. Eros is the god of love, son of Aphrodite. But my middle name is Angel, so I wanted to add something somewhat related to that. A mutant from the X-Men was named Angel, and later became Archangel. So I added the "arc" from Archangel and Eros became Arceros.

For my priest, Arsaes, I wanted to sort stick with some godly-related sort of name. I decided to go with Aesir, but then wanted it to be something my guild mates and friends would be able to recognize me by, so added the "ar" from Arceros to what would have been Araesir, but didn't like how that sounded so I rearranged and omitted some letters and ended up with Arsaes.

For my next alt, Ssoren, once again I wanted to go with the godly theme. But this was my "I want to be left alone and dont want anyone to know I'm online while staying on the same server" character. Soren is another name for Thor, god of thunder. I added the extra s and didnt make a the "ar" connection to my other 2 characters.

After I had Ssoren join the guild I came to the conclusion that I needed my alt character's names to be more related and recognizable, since I planned on having one of each class eventually. So I named my shaman Ssaren, my mage Ssaran, my pally Ssarin, my hunter Sseren, my DK Ssuren, my lock Ssirin, and my rogue Sserin. My shaman became my main through ICC, and because I dont allow myself to have a female main I re-customized it into male and changed its name to Arqeros to match my original main's Arceros.

Fandral Staghelm. I hope we get to kill him some day in-game.
