to be fair they got shafted on crackdown. That game could not come out there i believe, same with dead rising and gears of war. I imagine they had to remove historical elements from Call of Duty 2 and 3 if those were at all allowed to come out. So them getting this is a lot of good will by microsoft.

I never believed in those failures much. Many people I know that never had xboxes bought theres based on the fact my launch console was so dependable. Then my best friend had his die, improperly aligned laser leading to many disc read errors. At the beginning of '07 mine finally got the red lights of death. No big deal, i got the warrenty. Shortly after getting mine back my friend's box died again. Not dead, but the video card failed and now it only displays in black & white. Then 2 weeks after getting my replacement box back, it started freezing.

I have played assualt heroes with friends in online co op many times without problems. what problems occured with it? As for the cert process. Thems be the breaks. If it doesn't pass, why blame the cert process when the guidelines are clearly laid out for devs. I am a huge 2D worms fan but if it doesn't pass, then it doesn't pass.
