I just ripped all the music from my UMD. Is that illegal? I don't think so... But I have the soundtrack nearly a month before it's available. 8)

JUST announced!? I've known since early March. I walked into my Comp USA, and it looked very dead, but all the employees were still there, still busy. They told us Tiger Direct had acquired them, and that they were going to get new merchandise in soon. Around the time they started barraging my inbox with "GRAND OPENING" messages, I considered notifying a blog network, but didn't think anyone would really care.

I'd still pay for that t-shirt...

Microsoft doesn't actually make computers, you know that, right? And Microsoft has had nearly a monopoly in operating systems for years on end which led to a single, giant, crap piece of software, which, if integrated with the internet seamlessly, would make all of computing a steaming pile of eye sore and difficulty of use.

Speaking of finding out how to do something, I need help jailbreaking to 1.1.2 and then to 1.1.3 on my iPod touch. Couldn't think of anywhere else to ask, really.

In 1.1.1, I installed OktoPrep, then went to iTunes, option+clicked "Upgrade," selected the 1.1.2 restore ipsw, and then let it upgrade. Then when I run the jailbreak, it tells me that my iPod will restart several times, but my iPod just goes into recovery mode, and iTunes forces me to restore it.

Any ideas?

Excuse me, but it's said "Don't Buy" since last summer. After MacWorld, I decided not to wait another six months.

I already opened it, and even cut out the UPC for a rebate. D;

GODDAMNIT.
I bought a MacBook Pro YESTERDAY since MacWorld didn't introduce a new one. D;
