Hey what country initated two world wars within a couple decades of each other? What country scapegoated an entire ethinicity of innocent people, in order to feel good about themselves in the second world war they started? Did they have video games when they did these things? No? Hmm, maybe this country is naturally prone to extreme violence? Is that fair? No? Well neither is scapegoating a form of entertainment enjoyed by plenty of non-violent people to avoid having to own up to the fact that they as a society have failed those who turn to violence.
