Microsoft should be embarrassed by the lack of information and communication between their CS and customers. I can attest that 95% of the time CS is unhelpful and will almost always need to call you back. I will say that they do follow up when they say they will however, but still I want things to be resolved right when I call, not a week later.

Definitely. Disappearing game saves, broken DX11 support, and overall game glitches really killed it for me. Glad I beat it on Xbox first.
