Apr 8th 2008 11:38PM (Joystiq)i would have bought your system if it worked for more than a few weeks at a time. looks like i'll just continue playing the "exclusive AAA" 360 games when they get ported on PC.
PSP firmware 3.95 adds minor remote play features
Apr 8th 2008 12:59PM (Joystiq)but you know what i do? i bought a stick-on dpad to use over the face buttons. it works beautifully with FPS online gameplay, even though the face buttons are digital. hell you could even stick a coin on.
Rumor: LittleBigPlanet coming to the PSP
Apr 8th 2008 11:13AM (Joystiq)first off, assuming the rumor is true, i guarantee the PSP version of this game will not have the same gameplay level as the PS3 version due mainly to the vastly inferior CPU.
secondly, yes a PSP-level toned down version could be ported to Wii, as Wii's capabilities are very similar to PSP/PS2.
you guys saying LBP showing up on PSP is proof that the PS3 version of LBP could be pulled off on Wii is like saying virtually every PSP/PS3/360/Wii/PS2 multiplat game offers the exact same gameplay level.
oh yeah one more thing and this one especially goes out to Nintendonald's lovers: theoretically speaking, the PSP version would be pretty much identical to the Wii version except a) it wouldnt have stupid waggle controls that dumb down/spoil the gameplay and b) it would have a superior online gameplay experience.

DualShock 3 available next week, compatibility list released
Apr 2nd 2008 2:51PM (Joystiq)the only thing i admit isnt perfect is the feel of the L2/R2 triggers. however, ill accept this shortcoming since the 360 controller has an inferior dpad, inferior feel/positioning of face buttons and L1/R1 buttons, and lack of motion sensing. plus i prefer the symmetrical analog sticks over the 360 analog stick layout.
