Nice job explaining everything (no sarcasm intended). There is one thing that caught my eye. MemoryStick is also a failing product. Think about it. Only Sony and about 3 other companies use MemoryStick. The others use mainly SD and it's variants. And the only products that actually use it are video cameras, the PSP, and picture printers.

buttpwner, I am sure I mean the Japanese Final Fantasy III. Where do you think the summon or the job system came from?

Ditto. PSP who? Anyway, this does not come as a surprise to me. Though the number for Final Fantasy III is staggering, it is completely understandable. In my opinion, and I am not the only one, Final Fantasy III was the best out of all them, so a remake in 3D is definitely top of my list of things to get.

Anyway, glad to see that the entire top ten spots belong to DS. It just warms my heart and crushes all Sony fanboys'.

Paul P, where do you get your number predictions? Out of a cereal box? DS Lite will still be in the hundred-thousands with the PSP trailing behind at thirty to forty-nine thousand units.

Anyway, best showing would go to Konami. Not Nintendo or $ony. Castlevania and Metal Gear are really strong titles. Keep it coming Konami!

This "leaked info" is most likely fake. Where is there a mention of Bluetooth? And the Wii could definitely support 1.5GHz. VIA makes a CPU the size of the tip of your thumb that could run at 1.5GHz (named the VIA Eden. It can run at 1.5GHz on only 7.5 watts of power.). The Wii could also suport up to 256MB of memory, which would be fairly nice for the system.

But, you never know... This guy could be the real deal. Or not.

There is no way that the Revolution will emulate DC games on the virtual console, but the system could emulate them from the discs if the drive could read GD-ROM discs. But it wouls be sweet if the Rev could emulate DC and Saturn games. (NiGHTS, here I come!)

Well, these seem like they would be from an updated Super Mario RPG by Square Enix. They do not, however, look like they are from Nintendo.

Ok, let us stop the fanboy wars, here. As someone said, both systems have their strengths and their weaknesses.
Both systems are equal, because their strengths and weaknesses balance it out.

Nintendo DS:
~Greatness: Great pick-up-and-play system. Has many great games, unique way of playing those games. Is built to be very durable. Great battery life. Bright creens (DS lite) Virtual surround sound.
~Weakness: Lacks large screens, games are too tiny, and painted on plastic. Dull screens (original DS)

Sony PSP
~Greatness: Good portable home console (If you know what I mean). Has media functionality. Great graphics. Some good Sony-exclusive titles. Large, bright screen.
~Weakness: Prone to damage, media is half-baked, uses discs. Loose buttons.
