One possible cause of lackluster N1 sales is T-Mobile reps. When we went out to buy my wife an android phone, every time we inquired about the Nexus One, the rep told us it wasn't a very good phone... and then proceeded to try to sell us on a Behold. Reps discourage people from buying phones they won't get paid a dime on. This will definitely boost sales.

@DaveF81 Same here. Switched from iPhone 3G to a mytouch budget phone and it is much more my style.
