It's hard to believe that this is arguement is still going on.. It's clear, if any gamer has a high-end PC, it will have everything better than the Xbox 360. But since the PC version is using Xbox 360 max graphics, a high-end PC won't be able to use its extra power. Lets say this:

High End PC: Could run better than Xbox 360 version, but its power isn't available in the PC version, because of Xbox 360 graphics. If the PC version had higher max graphics than the Xbox 360 version, PC could run it. Xbox 360 couldn't. So, basically, a high-end PC is more powerful than the Xbox 360, even if it costs a crapload more..


Xbox 360: Runs perfect. Oblivion uses ALL of the Xbox 360's power. Nothing wrong, nothing better.

Summary: An Xbox 360 and a HIGH-END PC running Oblivion will be the exact same, due to Xbox 360 graphics on the PC version. THEREFORE, if you can afford a high-end PC, go for the PC unless you truly love consoles that much. :)
