Unboxing the 2G iPod nano

Wow. That packaging is really disgusting. What a waste!

Looks like Steve-o is wrong and Greenpeace is right.

ftr—I'm a Mac user and overall Apple fan, but I can't support this.

European PS3 slogan: "This is Living"

ill trooper is right—it is a contemporary font and these types of fonts are very in at the moment. The font is called Bello and it is from this foundry: http://www.underware.nl/site2/index.php3?id1=bello&id2=overview

Not a good choice IMO and it almost makes it hard to believe they'll really implement it.

Sony NW-S205 2GB Network Walkman reviewed

Do any of Sony's players work with Macs yet?

Samsung BD-P1000 Blu-ray player delayed (again)?

Jun 13th 2006 2:06PM (Engadget)
At this point I have a hard time believing that HD-DVD will win out. Last I saw only a very few HD-DVD players had even been sold (worldwide) and the PS3 launch is fast approaching. Sony expects to have 2 million ready for launch, another 2 million by Christmas (if memory serves me) and 2 million shortly after.

That is enough of an installed user base to kill HD-DVD right there as long as the movies get into stores.

"Mac users aren't really into games"

Jun 2nd 2006 11:29AM (Joystiq)
I don't understand the line of thought expressed in these comments (which is typical whenever this discussion comes up). Why wouldn't you want a Mac to play games well and do everything you currently use it for? It doesn't make sense.

Red Steel with no blood?

Apr 12th 2006 3:45PM (Joystiq)
Nintendo needs (read absolutely must) make some concessions to the older gamers that are still interested in them. Releasing an inherently violent game without blood is just stupid and there is no way, IMO, that you can spin that for the better.

RE4 was the right path and if Nintendo has already forgotten that they are done. I was concerned that the Rev might end up being a brilliant console held back by Nintendo's "please the moms and dads" policies. It's looking like I may be right.

It will be good for this loser to get off the computer and get some sun. Get a life people.
