SPB simply wants a piece of the Home pie. There are many customizable Home apps on the market right now, so this isn't anything new.

Apple OS, WebOS, s60 Touch, Maemo, WinMo and Android. Personally I don't think we need a glorified feature phone OS. Samsung is going to be the only ones pushing this Bada OS. Seems that Sammy has added ALOT of THEIR OWN hardware to compete.

I don't think it's even noted how email is handled. Push, interval? Text based or HTML?

My guess is the Liquid and the Liquid e are both one and the same (that's probably obvious). I'm sure there is ALOT of Liquid in stock sitting on shelves. Acer isn't going to recall all of these just to upgrade to 2.1 and rebox them. What's going to probably happen is all the 1.6 devices will have an "free upgrade to 2.1" sticker slapped onto them. Acer also could very well ship a tool in "their" 2.1 which could up the clock back to normal levels, like the Samsung Omnia 2. That way, they can sell off their existing stock.

Nowhere does it say that 3.3" is Samsung standard now. This is new tech from them, so the will introduce it slowely, because of pricing i'm sure. There WILL be 3.6"+ displays like this, especially when they announce the Omnia 3 or newER Behold.

1st half 2010? This is SE we're talking about. How about NEXT fall. By then, this phone, like the Xperia line will be out of date.
