It's probably not a big deal that you only can have 4 people play locally. How often do you have 5 friends over begging to play old arcade games? There will probably be a rare occasion or two where you do, but I'm sure you'll get over it.

Too bad you can't use Microsoft Points to pay for Xbox Live. That would make the points much more usefull and take away some of the annoyance to having to pay for two things.
