Please read the WHOLE article.. He was claiming that the 360 had problems the first year of production. But the seriousness of it wasnt to an extent where it was mainstream attention. The problem with the 360 AFTER 1 year Is something DIFFERENT then the problems the first year. This was brought to their attention and there doing an extention to 3 year warranty.
