Unless you are looking for a complete computer replacement, which you shouldn't from a tablet, I don't see the point.

Jan 21st 2010 1:45AM (Engadget)I guess I don't really see what you are looking to do on a full OS that you can't do on iphone OS with apps. Multitasking will probably be added in the next version, if indeed the tablet does run it.
It just seems like having the full OS is only going to add bloat and, shudder to think, window management.
