Lowering prices in other countries can be a good way to fight piracy, because most people pirate games they can't afford.

SDHC support would be great, maybe a lot of people don't know about this but most homebrew applications are upgrading to suppor SDHC from the front SD slot of the Wii... so it seems that the hardware on the Wii can also read/write to SDHC cards it just has to be "activated" through a firmware update.
