Jun 28th 2008 4:06PM (Joystiq)
Already deemed a hoax by neoGAFers. Read the fine print at the bottom.

Also, the Gentlemen image should have been the tip off.

Rock Band Weekly: Stone Temple Pilots, Weezer and Garbage

Feb 15th 2008 10:42PM (Joystiq)
I love these weekly updates, but is it too much to ask for some NoFX? (Yeah, it probably is). I would love to play something from Wolves in Wolves Clothing, the drumline on some of those songs are phenomenal.

Joystiq impressions: Crysis

I'm sorry but what? If you don't appreciate PC gaming, then fine, thats your opinion. But coming into a write up about a PC game and bashing the whole genre of PC gaming?
I doubt I could even find a vendor that was so expensive I would have to pay 6000 dollars to get a gaming PC. I recently purchased a top of the line computer (8800GTX, not ultra but whatevs, 2 Gigs of ram, E6600, etc) from NCIX and it cost me under the 2000 dollar range. And with the 500 I got back from selling my older PC, I spent 1500 dollars on a computer that will last me a good decade, maybe even more, before it is absolutely necessary to upgrade.

Are you kidding? Is this April fools?
This will flop. You know why? Wii Sports and Wii play were good because they both were GAMES, even the hardcore audience bought them. Now you are telling us that we have to buy an electronic scale that looks ugly to boot to hit soccer balls and shift our weight? No thanks Nintendo. I'm greatly disappointed, And I am what you would call a Nintendo Fanboy.

Geometry Wars Galaxies confirms Wii particles possible

Jul 10th 2007 10:59PM (Joystiq)
I suppose no one watched the 1up show? Great video podcast on games.
This Geometry wars is using the Wii to its full potential, not graphically speaking but in content. 60+ levels, Co-Op, Leaderboards, DS connectivitey, DS download, and from that, WiFi.
I dunno about you guys, but I say this is worth the 40 dollar, if its even going to be that much.
