Really this is not surprising when this type of thing happens because it is the start of a new footballing season and that is when most players are transfered. Coincidentally that is when there is a new Fifa PR campaign. *yawn*

Any word on a European release? We only just got the original Persona 3 and have yet to get FES so the outlook is grim.

How is this supposed to work with the non backwards compatible ps3's. Especially in the UK were pretty much all of them are non backwards compatible, to the best of my knowledge.

Wow. If such a great casual game as Portal cannot get on to a service like XBLA then something is truly fucked up at Microsoft. In one fell blow it exposes the idiocy of their policies.

Oh, hold up. On another glance at the screens it looks like it only appears when you have the hot keys pressed. Just like the 360 version. The wheel appeared only when you needed to switch weapens.

That screen looks like the weapon selection bars are there perminently.

Agreed, it is kinda cluttered. I was expecting a more streamlined approach. I hope there is a way to reduce the size and customise it a bit.

I predict Assault Mode for a new gametype in multiplayer.

Also something like swarm mode in UT2k4 that have you holed up in a building and you have to fight off waves upon waves of Locust.

Agreed. Whilst most of the community hated Face3 I actually loved it. It was perfect for the style of gamplay UT2k4 had at the time. (Double dodging and all that stuff). It even made a great low grav Istagib map.

Glad to see FacingWorlds back in the game. It should have been released on day one.

This does nothing but harm the industry. EB just wants to sell the game twice and reap the benifits of earning 100% profits on the game when they sell it the second time.

You know a lot of people have been complainng about the downward spiral of retail game stores but I for one will be glad to see the back of them.
