you could always grab an old pc and install naslite, http://www.serverelements.com/. no raid (unless i missed it by not reading the manual, but it's cheap
i thought this was common knowledge.... as digital persona told me this directly a year and a half ago.... it a combo of the firmware and software microsoft uses, as the reader itself is almost identical (different color)
