Yeah, DVD is good enough for me right now. When the Criterion Collection (http://www.criterion.com/asp/) goes HD then I'll worry about it. Most HD movies are garbage right now - Transformers, 300, Swa III? No thanks.

I'll get an HD player when the studios start releasing movies that aren't garbage. Saw III, Transformers, Spiderman 3, etc? No thanks. When the Criterion Collection (http://www.criterion.com/asp/) makes the jump, I'll follow them. And for the record, their DVDs look amazing on an HDTV...

Because, for the millionth time: the core 360 can be updated to have backwards compatibility with the purchase of the hard drive that you can get at any time. The 40 GB PS3 cannot be upgraded to have BC AT ALL. Ever.
