Here is the first football game that is tryng to push the bar on a technical level and most people are just too ignorant or biased to realize the benefit. So what if it doesn't have official teams? Does a fancy emblem and team names effect the gameplay in any form or fashion? Every tackle in backbreaker will be unique, unlike maddens oldschool method of motion capturing a bunch of animations and hoping it looks right. I simply don't understand how anyone could be that dumb to not see the HUGE advancement euphorias tech adds to games, and yet post on a gaming website.
i noticed he said earlier that the servers could be fitted with special hardware that could allow graphical effects such as real-time raytracing, the holy grail of video game rendering. now just imagine, if they could develope an mmo or mmorpg that had graphics well beyound the capability of pc hardware by about 5+years, ONLY playable on the service, aka a "killer app". THAT alone would make the service more than worth it. id a tiny bit of lag and a few compression artifacts for something like that.
ryan smith, are you retarded or something? contrast ratio is very important, but resolution is just as important. wether you personally can tell a difference or not is one thing, but the fact is the higher the resolution, the more of the actual picture you are seeing. plain and simple.
