May 2nd 2011 8:28AM (Joystiq)Black Ops Escalation DLC includes 'Call of the Dead,' stars George Romero (as himself)
Apr 26th 2011 3:13PM (Joystiq)If you're talking about Activision/Treyarch, no.
If you're taking about Romero, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Robert Englund, or Michael Rooker, yes.
Danny Trejo will always be relevant.

Apr 15th 2011 8:48AM (Joystiq)You were downvoted because most of us don't agree with your assessments.
Age has nothing to do with liking or not liking this game. I'm 25 and I loved it for the strategy & stat building. Sure, Pokemon may seem like a "kids' game" on the surface, but after you pass Route 4 that ceases to be true. EV training, breeding for moves/natures, role definition, team coverage, etc. make the Pokemon games some of the more complex outings on the market.
Every game seems repetitive if your don't look deep enough. "Man, I'm so tired of Halo/Portal/Space Invaders. All you ever do is just push buttons."
Black Ops, FIFA, Just Dance make UK's Top 10 entertainment products
Apr 14th 2011 1:23PM (Joystiq)I'm not saying I think YOUR comments are based solely on fanboyism or hate, but I do think a lot of the comments on this site (and others) is.
I do feel that the online play has improved since MW2. I personally never encounter cheaters/hackers in Black Ops, whereas MW2 was full of them. From a networking perspective, I almost never drop games (even when the host leaves) and lag is less apparent. Also, a number of improvements have been made to overall game balance (weapons, perks). I encounter a lot more variety in BO, as opposed to games full of OMA/noob tubes in MW2.
Now, the improvements themselves are one topic of discussion. A completely different topic would be that of the improvements meriting a new $60 game. Personally, I feel that the multiplayer maps, additional guns & perks, zombie game mode, etc. is enough to justify an entirely new game as opposed to updates to MW2. What I was saying in my first post is that if someone DOESN'T feel that way they should simply not purchase the new iteration. Voting with your wallet is the best way to get your message to the publishers.

Apr 14th 2011 8:31AM (Joystiq)The online is a lot better. I've easily received $60 worth of entertainment from online play alone. (About 5 days = 120 hours = as much playtime as Fallout 3 for me).
Also, I don't buy into this fanboy/hater crap. I play games I personally like regardless of whether it's "cool" or not. Don't like CoD? More power to you. Just don't buy it. If we all employ this simple method any and all crap games will cease to persist in the market.
