All I'm saying is imagine if they had the same exact cutscenes, at the same exact length of what is already there, but instead you get voice acting instead of text bubbles.
I don't want the game to be a movie either, just the same game with higher/modern production values.

Apr 21st 2010 4:07PM (Joystiq)To Keen: There ARE "cutscenes" in SMG 1. They're the scenes where you are talking to Luigi, Toadstool, etc. All I'm saying is imagine that instead of those scenes where you have to press A to move along the text bubbles - WHAT IF they had those SAME scenes that are ALREADY in the game but "acted" out instead. Most games have moved on to that (for years now really) and it's generally considered a pretty awesome thing.
Wouldn't that be nice?
