An iPhone on Verizon in 2010? With LTE, it could happen
Feb 18th 2009 3:53PM (TUAW.com)This infinite antenna switching stuff has been happening very recently. Besides, why did I upgrade to the 3G if I'm not going to be able to use it? I mean, I get that there are areas where coverage is better than others, etc. but downtown Chicago should NOT be one of them! Granted, I lose all signal the farther in the building I go, and that is to be expected. But having the phone operate under one behavior and all of a sudden having it act this way is just wrong.

Oct 27th 2008 8:46PM (TUAW.com)I wonder, the phone seems to know when it's flat and when it's not, how does it do this with just the accelerometer?? Unless I just happen to be holding it the right way when I open it every time, it really does seem to know if you're holding it flat vs. upright... crazy!

Oct 14th 2008 8:20PM (TUAW.com)No. That's why a USB-->Ethernet adapter would be far better to have to get than whatever you'd get for a nonexistant firewire port. That would be less money in your pocket or a different brand of computer.

Oct 14th 2008 8:09PM (TUAW.com)Buy a MacBook Pro, Liquid cool my desktop, or get a windows based PC. The second two don't require $2,000, which could go toward better microphones, preamps, plugins. So I'm a little miffed by the new MacBooks. :(
