OK this seems to be helping a bit! I was about ready to go through the whole downgrade procedure, and was not looking forward to it. The only thing that has helped so far was doing a master reset on the device, but I'm not about to do that every week just to keep my phone from slowing to a crawl.

...and when you push down on it, the tip flattens out and more of it makes contact with the glass. And that is how the pressure sensitivity does its thing.

The amount of misinformation in these comments is astounding. You can add a portable power pack. You can use FireWire 800 with 400 products. Apple isn't only going after customers with money; that's why they have a consumer line and a Pro line. I am a bit skeptical of the lithium polymer battery being non removable, but hey that's the price of progress. And to the person who said "Lithium battery- is it safe?" - virtually every laptop out there uses lithium ion tech, and lithium polymer has been proven to be just as safe, if not safer, provided the battery manufacturer is reputable.

My god, do 3 minutes of research, please!
