just watched the ign video and read the preview, thanks for reinstalling my faith that a 1:1 starwars game may be on the way. I think the HP books are great, but unfortunately thats where it stops for me , after the first game i havnt been back, and the last film hurt my little harry potter feelings. (btw for a laugh go on youtube and type in "potter puppet pals" hilarity on a bun

cheers jodyanthony, must have missed that somehow. All i can say is that too many wii games have had half hearted controls, it was pointed out on another comments section that its like when the ds started, most games were crap attemps to make normal games with the contols added on, but then people started making games properly to fit the system. Im glad you will have the option here to use standard controls, furious ssb matches dont warrant sloppy controls (by the way, Wii can't do 1:1 yet, everyone thinks it has done in the baseball game, but its just detectiong where the floor is in relation to the wiimote, if u rotate the controller in your hands but keep it poitioned perfectly over your shoulder the bat will move out as if you have swung slowly, a nice trick, but not 1:1. Try it out and see for yourself!!)

erm just stared at the screen for a while, i was under the imprssion that this game would use either the gamcube or virtual console controller, as stated before (i think at E3 but dont quote me)

all over the site for ssbb in the how to play sections etc, a little wiimote icon is visible like a tab, anyone know if theyve announced if its gonna be wiimote controlled now ? cheers

Resident Evil info coming next month

hows this:

Wii version visuals between GC and XBOX 360 as expected, you run around with nunchuck, and can swipe with knife at any point while running around.

hold one of the nunchuck buttons to enter the "aiming mode" of RE4, and proceed to use the wiimote to aim and shoot, using the A button to access the attache case. Grenadestrown with a throwing motion, with almost realistic physics with the way you throw and the trajectory of the grenade.

if a zombie/crazy villager/boss grabs you, shake both controllers, or the enemy can grab one or the other arm and you shake/ knife the enemy off.

does any body else liek the idea of a caribean island, with crazy cannibal villagers and a complex etc etc, im just slightly bored of grey outside areas, wooden shacks, degrading hospitals and mansions.

imagine a storyline where the villagers are following the whim of someone who they thing is a god :D

E3: Overheard at Microsoft's after party

it appears that leto would only have been happy with the conference if Nintendo had announced that Wii was changing back to revolution, had an Xbox 360 and PS3 inbuilt, and did all his washing for him

Guys, really, its just a play on words, calm down. Beautiful woman has been executed (killed, duh). Don't get me wrong, i dont believe i am the first to see this, but saying theres rape connotations is just a little sensationalist.

You should go work for the Sun, or better yet the Mail
