So what do they consider adequate security? I'm sure any security can be breached if the hacker has enough talent and knowledge. How can they just fine someone saying they didn't protect customer information if they don't know what security measures they have in place?

@poopdedoop Yes but the us key only works in FAT32 mode according to the website.

Ok here's a technical question... how can it have a game image on the HD if it only works on FAT32 systems and all PS3 games are larger then 4GB. That is technically impossible since FAT32 does not support file sizes larger then 4GB.
