Nov 6th 2010 12:58PM (Joystiq)You have just described the way the US economy is rigged with the FED, IMF and WorldBank. You just used WOW game terminology to do it.

Dead Space 2 entering production in 'next few months'
Sep 30th 2009 9:01PM (Joystiq)More creepiness is needed and the mechanics of the game must be polished, i.e. why to have an "air" meter if it is totally unneeded by itself and there are also upgrades for it.
I would love to have more inventory items to aid in plot completion (not just guns and ammo), yes like in SS2 (you should play that masterpiece if you haven't) and a RPG like stats for the main char would be a nice add on.
Melee fights should be a bit more coherent, if I want to stomp I land the feet on the target, not all around it.
All in all Dead Space was good, although one can dream, ain't that right?

Sep 23rd 2009 10:57AM (Joystiq)It is interesting how little people know about history nowadays. Nazi's concentration camps lasted like what, 7 years at most. Well guess what, in the USSR since its beginnings people were dying in the Siberian concentration camps for more than 40 years, talk about genocide. No fair trial and no way out.

Jul 17th 2009 10:05AM (Engadget)Unreal Tournament 3 free to play on Steam this weekend
May 27th 2009 12:28PM (Joystiq)Imho it wasn't the computer specs that killed the game, it was god awful user interface, horrendous game browser and total lack of patches or updates that would address that. Yeah I am pissed, I ve spent 50 on Unreal Pack and I played Unreal Gold more than UT3. The game has great visuals and gameplay but its like in the middle of a pool of sh1t. One must go through all the crap to play a match. CliffyB has still a chance to fix it.
And after the free weekend there wont be any players left on it.
And that is the other thing, when you join a server to play you better have a bunch of friend to play with you because usually the servers have only a few players who are near newbies drawn to the game by mistake. Forget about quality gaming. Its quite frustrating playing VCTF with people who rush to the vehicles and have absolutely no clue about team play.
UT3 is a bastard and forgotten child of Epic and the hope of them fixing it is slim to none. They are probably busy making another GOW.
