Also Cave don't really play active localizing games. And people don't know that cave game are actually all regional free.

Oct 26th 2011 4:27PM (Joystiq)Back on the day tales of vesperia was released on xbox360, we got NA and JP versions almost at the same time. But the sales were very very disappointing given the quality of TOV (for me, better than TOX).
In this sense, NB won't risk releasing tales quickly outside Japan. The sales in Western market is only like a surplus.
