Bethesda has no comment on Prey 2 cancellation rumor

@VampireEater

Thought you said free running but they were making it linear (rather, you said non-linear), which is what lead to my screwy post.

@TheDarkWayne

Any info on the second one you can link me too? Because I was under the impression it was going to be more of the same but without some of the previous design cues such as spirit walking or the gravity paths or whatever.

ie: Corridor shooter? Like the first Prey was? Who would have thought? The only difference about Prey was that you could walk on the walls/ceiling... It wasn't "free running", either.

I certainly hope not... There aren't enough shooters like this anymore. Devs constantly try to make them more and more complicated or create some cinematic experience. Am I the only one that thoroughly enjoys a good corridor shooter that was, well... SUPPOSED to be a corridor shooter?

Nvidia's next-gen Kepler tech detailed

@Faceless Troll

No, you can't max it out, unless you're running lower resolutions, which isn't much of an achievement, and I still doubt you've truly got it "maxxed" with all settings set to to the highest they'll go.

@Startbuttonnews

Also, when I say "maxxed", I mean most everything except for AA and a few other hardware intensive settings, and 1GB is not enough VRAM anymore. :(

@R Planteer

Tell that to my SLI GTX460s. Granted I play everything maxxed/nearly maxxed out at 1080p, but there are frame rate stutters, and I am using two cards to achieve that. They are putting out nearly everything they've got for these results, which leave very little overhead, meaning games 6 months to a year from now probably won't play as well as the current ones do.

Battlefield 3's lack of DLC: DICE general manager explains

@(Unverified)

No, Activision/IW/Treyarch definitely do NOT have it right with DLC. They charge WAY too much for them, never discount them no matter how long they've been out, and the maps are the same old trash. They HAVE to release ridiculous amounts of DLC in order to keep people interested, because everyone who's played the latest CoD has already played it 4 other times, only difference is they've progressively gotten crappier and crappier with more bugs, lag, cheap perks, and pretty much just catering to those who want to hold the right trigger and fiddle with the left thumbstick. How anyone can seriously support a game franchise that has had absolutely NOTHING going for it but ONE solid title in recent years (if 2007 is "recent" to you) is beyond me...

What the Hell do you mean broken? I've had zero problems with the game both on Xbox and PC, and have played religiously...

Far Cry 3 gameplay video lasts five minutes (Bonus: It's in German!)

@KodyxDestroyer

That's pointed out in the video. For the 360 version, I think it looks really good. Will be even better on the PC.
