The rights that people are talking about are the rights of people to sell their "art" without government interference. That's basically all this is about. As for guns, I've never heard of an age restriction for owning/purchasing/shooting one. If someone suggested one, believe me, a stink would be made. And an age limit on drinking (which is made on a per-state basis) doesn't violate any Constitutional rights, so it's not part of the discussion.
